Before You Register

Account Profiles:
Each person who will be registering for classes will need to have an account profile.   If you have taken classes with us in the past, you may already have an account.  Please call 323-6770 between 7:00 a.m and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to request a lost/forgotten password.  Or email:  Cherie McMullin and your password will be emailed back to you no later than the following day (Monday-Friday).

If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking the ‘New Account’ link.  Complete all required fields (Primary phone, name, address, city, state, zip), and click ‘Save’.  If you want to create an account for a family member, you may do so at this time by clicking the ‘add family member’ link next to your name.  The more information you provide on the account profile, the better we are able to provide accurate information to staff responsible for programs.  If you provide an email address, you will receive confirmation each time you register for classes.

 Upon saving your account information, a confirmation screen will display your password; if your account contains an email address, this password will also be emailed to you.

Registering for classes:
To register for a class, be sure you are first logged in to your account, and then click the ‘Available Courses" link from the menu on the left.  View the catalog until you find the class you are interested in.  Choose the item, complete the Order Information Page (indicate the person from your family attending the class and any other requested information) and add the item to the shopping cart.  To add more items, return to the available courses listings and choose the next class.  Be sure to answer all questions during the registration process.  If it is a "required" field (*) and does not apply, you need to at least put N/A in the box.  If a "required" field is left blank, you will be unable to complete the transaction.  When your shopping cart is complete, click the ‘Checkout’ button to go to the Payment Information page.  Enter a valid Visa, MasterCard, or Discover number and expiration date.  Make sure the name and address information matches your credit card and submit for processing.  Upon successful registration, you will be presented with a receipt that you can print for your records.  On the receipt, you can click the expand icon (+), found near the class name, to see more specific class details.  Please note that if you are on the waitlist for any class, your credit card is not charged at this time.  A status of ‘Wait List’ means the class is currently full, and you will be notified if a space becomes available.

Viewing the list of classes you (and family members) are registered for:
Once you are logged in, click on the ‘Schedule’ link at the top of the page.  To open the details for any class you are registered for, click the magnifying glass icon.  To view the classes other family members are registered for, choose their name from the drop down menu.
